Want to know the biggest secret to becoming a better endurance athlete?

Consistency.

Yep, that’s it.

Period.

Full stop.



It is not the newest gear, not the flashiest training program, and definitely not trying to cram six workouts into one day because you skipped last week.


Here’s the deal: It’s not an epic long ride or the grueling interval session that makes you faster. It is not the newest fad, Keto, cryotherapy, saunas, ice baths, nose strips, weird headbands or toe spacers. It is showing up, day after day, week after week, doing the work—even when it’s not Instagram-worthy. Progress isn’t flashy, but it adds up.


Life will throw curveballs. You’ll miss a session here or there, and that’s fine. What matters is getting back on track without overthinking it. Skipping a workout won’t ruin your training, but skipping consistency? That will.


So, forget perfect. Aim for consistent. Because in all endurance sports —and life—it’s the small, steady steps that get you to the big finish line.
